They need to upgrade it 2024 it felt like I was in the 1960s dirty roaches rude front desk people older than my mother need to be retired because the attitude they have is unacceptable the breakfast was disgusting in a good area that is what gets them booking because it catfished me!!!!! I would really like my money back it felt so uncomfortable room service tried to get in my room twice while me and my children were sleeping another time early in the morning never announce their self pulling and shaking on the door this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had with this company brand again.

The hotel didn’t feel safe at all to leave the vehicle in the parking lot, and the hotel smelled very dirty and was run down. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Spiders and ladybugs in the bed. Bathroom was not the cleanest either. The A.C left some weird humidty stuff that made all our clothes and the floor wet. None of the staff were friendly like we were a complete inconvenience just trying to check in or out.

Pretty decent place. Everything was clean and reasonably well kept. Staff was good. The room did smell a little bit musty but I suppose it could’ve just been some type of cleaner they had used or something. Overall I had a good nights rest and that’s what matters.

Overall the stay was wonderful. I realized very late that we didn’t have a do not disturb tab in the room but thought that maybe it wouldn’t be needed it would just be handled with our check out the next morning then since it wasn’t provided but then were woken up just before 8am with knocking on the door for cleaning to come in and I had scramble to tell them not to come in as we were still indisposed.
