Poor service regarding people not answering the phone. Had to change rooms because of leaking toilet and was informed that there was no maintenance personnel over the weekend. Tried calling the spa receptionist to book a session but no one responded. Tried to order room service but no response after trying numerous times.

IL y avait un mariage à l'hôtel, donc beaucoup de bruit et de va et vient. Nous avons demander une réservation pour le restaurant à l'accueil et on nous a répondu que se n'était pas nécessaire. Sauf qu'au moment de notre arrivée au restaurant trente minutes plus tard, ce n'était plus possible et nous avons dû manger au bar très achalandé.

The staffware excellence they were very helpful very friendly and very hard working they couldn't have done more for us but the problem was I think their understaffed you'll need to give them more help otherwise you will burn them out

Restaurant food ok and good breakfast. Whilst the bedrooms are comfortable, the plumbing in the rooms on the first floor makes a noise like a hammer drill. Yes, we mentioned it to reception, but the person on duty wasn't interested in helping. We mentioned this when we checked out. So if you're able to sleep through the noise of a drill and are tolerant of service which is at best disinterested, then you'll have a good time. Otherwise, best to stay somewhere else. PS I have a video of the noise, but you can only upload photos for reviews.

Excellent break all the staff were pleasant and helpful. Rooms large, clean and comfortable. Beds large and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast good choice and quality. Would highly recommend.

The hotel itself was very nice and we had everything we needed. The breakfast was good but dinner was terrible. Poor quality food, either under cooked or overcooked. Staff need training up to hotel standard.
