I booked a room for 2 nights for my employee. My employee is not 21. The minimum age to check in is 21. He gets there and cannot check in which is understandable. So, I requested a refund for the SECOND night, not the whole stay. My request was denied. I understand that I would not get my first night refunded, but the second night... That's theft. They should have treated this as a no-show and charged the first night, but they did not. Very disappointed.

Personal problem
I was not able to ever check in. Unfortunately I was in a domestic situation and I bought the room with after pay since he took my cards. When I tried to check in the only card I had wasn’t accepted so unfortunately I paid to sleep in my car that night since I couldn’t do the $100 hold on the card that was stolen. I do understand the policy but unfortunately I didn’t have any other options that night
