Lovely hotel, very central to town centre and lots of bars and restaurants all round about. Parking easy, parked in NCP pepper street, hotel around corner. You 30% off voucher for parking with the hotel! Would recommend definitely!

Reception, staff, location, great! Downside stayed in annex and although well appointed walls extremely thin. Partying neighbours unaware/don’t care so peace after midnight; no phones in rooms to call reception.

Hard to sleap due to music at night. The music was turner off when we made the staff aware of this.

Very central location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only negative was no hairdryer and we hadn't brought one.

Modern hotel in city centre

Pros: Proximity to centre of Chester
Cons: Breakfast was continental and plentiful but my husband would have loved a full English!
Location: The historical city of Chester has plenty to see and do from boat trips to lively bars and restaurants. For children Chester zoo is 5mins away!
Good family sized room, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was small with only a shower so not good for those with younger children. Overall very pleasant with helpful staff.

Exceeding expectations

Pros: Nice boutique look to the interior, simple and good wifi, comfy bed, nice shower if a bit small.
Cons: Full breakfast or more genuine continental would have been nice.
Location: Everything seems to be within a short walk, station a little further.
Town Centre location so can be a bit noisy outside. At this price I wasn't expecting anything this good,

Convenient

Booking was for ground floor annex I was put on second floor I have a false leg there for it was difficult to get up&down the stairs reception did not any compassion at all
