Magnificent mansion Villa Siciliana
Villa Zottopera is near to Ragusa, Roccazzo district, in the territory of Chiaramonte Gulfi. Airports closest Comiso 5 Km, 90 Km Catania, the city center is closest Chiaramonte Gulfi 10 km, the beaches are about 25 Km, art and culture: Villa Zottopera is at the center of the UNESCO Patrimony: Ragusa, Modica, Scicli, Caltagirone, etc ... My accommodation is suitable for couples, lone adventurers, business travelers, families (with children), large groups and friends hairy (pets)
Located on the first floor of the ancient building constituted the Baronial residence of the owners who, since the end of the 18th century, led the company. It includes 3 autonomous and divided wings: a first, Scirocco, a suite composed of a spacious double bedroom with an attached bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds.
a second suite, Libeccio area, composed of a double room, a living room with two single beds, a living room, a bathroom with shower. Zefiro, composed of a room, with two single beds, a bathroom with shower. Both suites on request can use an equipped kitchen.
There is a large terrace overlooking the "Chiaramontana" countryside and the ibleo plateau.
