I didn’t realize the Chicago marathon was going on. Hotel was clean & staff great. ECO friendly means a small fridge in your room. Must leave your keycard in slot inside for lights to work. One ice machine and microwave on first floor for entire 4 floors of the hotel. Typical free breakfast.

I was slightly afraid to book this location due to the difference in coat compared to other nearby hotels. It was much cheaper a night and I was worried of the reason why. As we just needed a place to sleep for one night before our flight home, We decided to take a chance & book here anyway. It was clean. Check in was pleasant. Nearby several restaurants and shopping. Minutes from the casino and airport (without having to take dreaded highways). I'm so glad we decided to stay here. I highly recommend!

My last night was horrible. Apparently some young mid 20s girls had a party across the hall and was in the hallway fighting on several occasions and I called downstairs to complain was told other ppl had called too but the fighting went on several times after that so when I checked out I mentioned It to the front desk and she was unaware what I was Talking about and it was cameras in the hallway so I told them I would be writing a review cuz I’m a loyal customer and have stayed at several IGH hotels and never experienced this

Bella who checked me in was so kind and helpful. I got a room with two queen beds and it is huge and brand new. Really nice Dove bath products in the bathroom. Beds are very comfortable. Hotel is very new and immaculate. Free shuttle to ORD is a huge plus. Highly recommend.
