Mostly great with some quirks
We appreciated many things about this hotel, mainly its excellent location for both marathon runners and marathon spectators!!! We also loved the size of the room and its tasteful decor. One thing that was not great was the constant noise from the street, where we could hear sirens and honking and voices all night! A last odd thing for us was that our room was below the lobby (on the 9th floor) which, although perfectly fine in the end, made us feel psychologically like we were not valued guests somehow.

Very disappointed by the hotel and staff. Room was very noisy, fridge was making lots of noise in the evening. Staff wasn’t very professional, mentioned to them a few times to clean the room; unfortunately, it was never cleaned. Pricing was also very high vs the value. Window room was facing a parking lor.

We stayed at the Cambria for my daughter's wedding at the nearby marriage court. The hotel was very nice. The lobby is on the 9th floor which was a little confusing at 1st. We loved the bar and were served great drinks by the bartender working Wednesday evening. James, the doorman, was very helpful and friendly. He had something nice to say every time we encountered him and made my daughter and new son-in-law feel special. The rooms are huge, very comfortable and clean. The hotel is 1 block from the marriage court. Less than 1 block away was a farmer's market which happens every Thursday. The Nederlander theater is right next door. We would definitely book here again when we return to the area.

This hotel is located in the theater district which is very convenient to go to theaters to watch plays/shows. It is also walkable to dine and go shopping. Will consider to stay again for our future Chicago trip.
