The room was not clean. The shower had a used toothbrush in it and the washroom mirror had greenish stains all over. Other than some parts of the room being not clean, we were satisfied with our stay.

This hotel was great! Decorated beautifully. Great bar and great location right next to the Willis Tower and their famous SkyDeck. One night they even had Christmas Carolers. It was truly magical
