The fridge did not work, the bathroom was dirty and the TV box was not working. Ordered DoorDash and they stole our food. Not a safe neighborhood. Spend more money and go somewhere else!

Fraudulent hotel.
The posted pictures were nothing like the room. No amenities as advertised. We had to switch rooms because the first one was down a dark hall and had been broken into previously. Room smelled. Blinds were broken and had been repaired with a brochure. Pillows were old and lumpy. Top sheet was too small for the bed size. Two nice things: it was close to the airport and the shuttle was clean and on time.

This is a basic hotel that is fine for a one night stay between flights. The management is very accomodating and helpful. I have stayed here several times, I would again.

Rooms is look so old and bad conditions, the drain it’s not working in the sink or bath, carpet so dirty and with so much dust, smoke smell in the rooms and around areas, the breakfast no too much options. Good part, overall staff, they pick up you to the airport, and the location is so closed of subway station and many places to eat and more. (30 min to downtown)

Staff was always so helpful and the area was quiet! But my room had a TV that didn’t have anything connected so I couldn’t watch, toilet would move and hit the wall every time I would stand up, the light didn’t work in the shower, the blinds were broken.

There was mold in the shower on the ceiling. The faucet for the sink wasn’t even attached to the sink, if you walked on their floor with white socks they came back absolutely filthy! My wife and I had to check out early and come home cause of her health issues with the mold! And yes I took pictures of it all! They still charged us for the full stay even though the room was not habitable! Avoid this motel!
