Overall stay was excellent. A little lax in cleaning the room in a timely way. Rooms are cleaned every other day and in the day cleaning was due no one had cleaned the room by 5pm. Called the desk and issue was rectified in a timely way. I would still stay at this property regardless of this due to its proximity to everything.

Not sure I’d stay here again. As a gold bonvoy member I called ahead asking for an early check-in, and I got there to be told there was a list that I was never told about that I should be on. They said the only available was an ADA room which I feel like they always put you in when it’s Expedia. They said it’s just the light switch and a shower bar and I get in and there’s a bunch of bars and a flip down seat in the shower which all had rust. Valet was $65 a night. Not once did staff greet us when we came in and out.

The hotel was great. Stayed here before so not surprised. Only thing is the $60 parking but it’s close to some shopping and the Starbucks Reserve.

Convenient location, with typical downtown noise. Room was fine, although we were given an handicap room, which is fine overall, but the shower head was definitely not positioned for people standing over 5'10". Several USB charging ports also didn't work. Seemed quite clean with very nice staff.
