Would definitely stay again at the double tree Gave us wrong room at first but made a call and had us in the right room quickly Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful They might need to tell Gustavo the shuttle driver to cool down on the attitude a bit and I’m sure he’ll make some actual tips but other than than that the stay was great

Check in staff was questioning my first name even when I showed my matching id and credit card. The room itself was ok. However the bright lights outside of the room were so strong even with the curtains it was like a daylight inside the room. Bathroom had loose shower faucet trims. Looked little outdated. No hooks to hang your clothes or bathroom towel. I don’t think I would recommend this hotel. The only convenience was being close to the airport and shopping mall.

No business center, could not get your computer to work. Front Desk response. "Yeah that's been happening for a few days. You can WALK over to embassy suites, it's all part of Hilton". Parking...horrible signage. So confusing no clear directions. Handicapped lines still on the parking area marked "Double Tree" poorly lit. At check in...two workers at the counter. I was not greeted by either one ( they seemed too busy on their phones). When they finally helped the service was poor and UNPROFESSIONAL. NO cookies offered, yet big signs in the elevator about all the cookie options available at check in. More than likely I will not refer Double Tree to any of my friends or co-workers. In fact I will tell all my friends to AVOID Double Tree at all costs.
