#1-I called three days before arriving and asked if there was a shuttle service from the airport. I was told yes but when I arrived and was looking for it, it never arrived. When I called the hotel, I was told it was not available so I had to make other arrangements to get to the hotel. #2-When I arrived at the hotel and got checked in my room was supposed to have 2 beds and it had only 1 #3-when I was leaving the next day, I ask the front desk if I could drop off some out going mail and was told that out going mail was also not available Extremely poor customer service, I definitely will not return

Good price, but it was a bit dirty. The restaurant is closed Friday and Saturday which seems odd. There’s no food around so you have to order delivery. Breakfast wasn’t too bad.
