We had a very nice stay as the room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. One important issue does not concern the hotel so much as the neighborhood on State street. For two nights we were disturbed from our sleep on multiple occasions due to motorcyclists racing in the middle of the night....(between 1am and 4 am). There were multiple police and fire sirens that were very loud and disturbed our rest. Other than this, the hotel is excellent and the breakfast and beverage service were greatly appreciated.

I had problems with the first room. It was dirty. I was supposed to get a king suite and there were 2 full size beds. I did get another room. It was a great price but I was nervous with some of the clientele. I didn’t feel that safe.

Grrr!
Wow. First, upon check in we were provided keys to an occupied room. Yes…walked in on a guest! Then, there was ZERO toilet paper in the room. After calling the front desk, we waited 15 minutes until I got redressed to go down and get it from them before it became a toilet emergency. Didn’t make a complaint during the stay as the rest of our 3 nights were good enough. Then, I get my credit card statement and find that the hotel has charged us for our 3 night stay. WE HAD ALREADY PAID IN FULL THROUGH HOTELS.COM! We were told it was a “mistake”…to the tune of almost $900! Fine hotel but not even close to worth it!

Comfortable but expensive stay
The beds pillows and even let out sofa were comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Two things to take note: there is $100 per night deposit required and the in/out valet parking is $80 per night not $18 as I was led to believe. Pretty steep when there is self parking less than a block away for half of that per day. Anyway the hotel was clean up to date and had a friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good!

The property was in walking distance to a lot of stores and food options as well as magnificent mile and the Riverwalk. Our room was clean and the breakfast was decent, I really liked the omelette station. Overall I had a great stay!!

I deposited security for two room $200 After 13 days still that is not returned to my card. Tried to call many times but no help. Bad service Be careful to pay security and keep eye if you receive that back

Great stay. It was a perfect location for us, had great hot breakfast, and the pool was relaxing. Only con was I was not aware of the $100 per night security deposit. I knew of a security deposit, but I don’t recall it being a per night situation. If I had known upfront I would have felt better prepared.
