Due to booking through a 3rd party additional fees should also be included in the booking to ensure proper estimate for paying. Also, I checked parking as to be included in my stay which was also an additional fee not informed about until got to hotel as well. Again, needs to also be included in booking.

Our stay was excellent . The only problem we had was prior to checking in , I called and inquired about parking . The man on the phone said parking is available at the hotel or at 1 superior . I asked if they validate parking and he said yes. When leaving the garage we found out that parking was discounted with our validation. That was not conveyed to us .

I think this is a great place! This was my second time staying there. Although, I do feel that parking prices/services could be explained a little better by their staff. Other than that, the room and stay was lovely.

The hotel and service was excellent, the room was cozy, the bathroom was a little odd with a full window looking into the room really no privacy and it was disappointing to book a room in the beautiful city of Chicago and then be told the balcony door needed to be locked so we weren't able to enjoy the view, we picked the hotel for the view it would've been nice to at least have a window to look out of or been told ahead of time to possibly have a different option.

Great downtown location and nice room views. However, the hotel never felt “welcoming” I’ll say. I’m all for safety practices but there were a few times I felt like I was staying at a jail with all of the strict id checks and policies. And with all that we still had very loud and obnoxious neighbors, so not sure exactly what was accomplished. Oh and our room balcony was inaccessible. I honestly wouldn’t stay here again unless it was an emergency.
