The fantastic staff make it a memorable experience. Friendly and going out of their way to assist. The hotel itself is very clean and the room is comfortable. A 24 hour shuttle that runs every 15-20 minutes to ORD makes this place a great place to stay. 10/10

Very comfortable and clean — I liked the personalized greeting posted on the tv upon arriving in the room! I booked this hotel specifically to take advantage of the hot tub and pool before I started my long flight back to Santiago, Chile — very disappointed that the pool was closed for routine maintenance in the evening as well as the next morning — so entire time I was in the facilities!
