The only “complaint” I have is that there’s no included parking and you have to pay depending on how many hours you’ve been in the parking garage, everytime you’re going to take your car out. it definitely adds up. so just make note of that. other than that, my daughter loved it as did i.

The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star review was because of the fire station nearby. I heard sirens all day and night. Other than that I had no issues with my stay.

It’s a good hotel and great location, only about 25 minute walk to millennium park or Navy pier and about by 10 minute walk to Chicago river and plenty of food options surround the hotel. Only loses point on the beds, not the worse but not best. Overall would stay again!

Was decent

The room was small but clean and comfortable. The room was warm and the view was ok. The hotel itself wasn’t loud but You could hear the next room. You could hear LOUD sirens all night. Yes it’s to be expected in downtown but the echo at this hotel was a bit worse than others we’ve stayed at. My only real complaint was the restaurant was too small to accommodate the guests. They were only serving drinks. We was unable to eat and had to go somewhere else. We probably could have reserved a table or something but you can’t always plan when you are able to eat dinner. We aren’t huge planners when we come into the city. It’s not a deal breaker as there’s a lot of food nearby. The housekeeper was super nice as was the staff. We had zero issues. So if you don’t mind not having a bar or dinner inside the hotel you’d love it.

It was a really nice hotel, friendly staff , the only downside is ( not the hotels fault ) you can definitely hear the people honking their cars all day/ night and it does suck when trying to sleep. Other than that, it’s a great wonderful hotel. The shower is phenomenal and so is the bed
