The only reason I did not give a 5 star review is the first night there was a lady at the check in counter and the one serving food near the check out. They were both very rude. The rest of my stay everyone was extremely nice.

I stayed Friday and Saturday night (September 6-8. I asked housekeeping to freshen up my room THREE TIMES. Clean towels and empty trash. NOTHING WAS DONE. I actually took a housekeeping woman who was working at another room to my room and asked her to please clean my room. This was mid Saturday afternoon and when I returned from dinner and other activities at 9 PM, NOTHING HAPPENED. Is this a common occurrence for other guests?

Overall this hotel is just okay. It is located in a quiet area. The hotel and rooms were clean. Also the beds were comfortable. This hotel allows dogs and we were placed across from people who couldn’t control their dogs barking. Also the ac system is terrible. You can’t get it to cool down and stay cool, the system turns off and comes back on when it gets to 73 even if you have it set to 66. Sleeping was uncomfortable if you sleep hot. Also there is no ventilation in the bathrooms so mold is growing. Also paid for breakfast only to have very few items to choose from and the items available were not good. Ended up not using the rest of the breakfast coupons that were paid for. It wasn’t the worst hotel but the money spent on two rooms it wasn’t worth it. I would stay somewhere else.
