I liked that it was very clean and neat and that it was very close to the Allstate Arena. Only thing I disliked is that there was a cigarette smell in the hallway.

It was good the only 2 bad things is when I book the page say parking is available but they never put you have to pay 18 dollars per parking also offer breakfast but never say you have to pay for it and for shuttle you have to singed up to get it and front desk never say anything about it a little desapointing

Property has been recently renovated. The room had a bad smell coming from the carpet. Very convenient and walkable to Allstate arena. Mattress & pillows are comfortable

The room we stayed in was very nice and had great amenities. It has a kitchenette with a small electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink. It all comes equipped with dishes, silverware and cooking supplies. The bed was very comfortable and room was overall clean. Our main issue was with a situation we had with what we were charged for the room rate and how the hotel staff managed it. We were given a certain rate when we booked through Expedia but when we checked in, my card was charged over $160 more than what was said. When I brought it up to the front desk staff, they seemed to have an attitude and didn’t offer us a solution or proper explanation. The issue was resolved when we contacted Expedia and they were so helpful and kind when handling the situation. Though it was resolved, we didn’t feel comfortable in our stay, as much as we liked the room. Due to the attitude of the hotel’s front desk staff, we don’t see ourselves returning for another stay.
