Good hotel, but small with downsides.
The hotel itself is nice. We stayed in a single queen room. The room was about 200 sq feet. No mini fridge. The hotel was clean, the staff was very professional. The actual street it was on had so many children and their parents just sitting on the street. Children riding bikes EVERYWHERE. There was probably about 50 people just loitering outside, trying to sell things. Like I said the hotel is good, but the location is not great.

Great downtown stay
This was a back up (emergency) hotel as our original hotel was not up to standards. This place was great! It was close everything in Chicago, breakfast was delicious, the bed was soft and comfortable. And other small things were fantastic

Front desk staff and doorman were all very nice. The location is very convenient in the heart of downtown Chicago. The property is a bit older, because of that the rooms are older, not very large, and not the most clean. It is a 3 star property.

Enjoyable stop
My husband and I are driving cross country from NY and spent a few days in Chicago sightseeing and going to a Cubs game. This hotel was close to everything and walking distance to many attractions like Millennium Park and the river front.
