The girls in the morning on the day we checked in (8/9) were great, friendly and very helpful, but the woman at night seems to not like her job and was rude, and unhelpful with questions we had. The parking was horrible, because there are several hotels on the property and the location is right next to Midway Airport, and the hotels were full every night it seemed. We were there for several days and was only able to park near the hotel once, but the rest of the nights we had to park pretty far away. If it were not for the unpleasant woman at the desk and the parking situation, I would have given a cpl higher marks. The location seemed OK and had no issues.

Jill the night shift front desk person was AMAZING!! We’d had trouble with our car rental and as a single women with my 4 year old on the south side of Chicago was not where I wanted to be alone at 2am but she talked with me on the phone and gave clear instructions. Then when we got there she was ready and greeted us with a smile and kindness. She was very helpful and understanding. She made the experience. The hotel was beautiful and easy to get to with a shuttle. Our room was clean and comfortable. The showerhead was amazing. And we didn’t eat but the food smelt delicious for breakfast.

Housekeeping services leave a lot to be desired. The bathroom had urine drops on the back of the toilet and there was hair in the tub. Also, the microwave had food all splattered in it. However, the bed was clean and comfortable including the pillows. The airport shuttle was also a nice amenity. Overall, our stay was good.

It was a great stay. I would have given the staff 5 stars but the first night we checked in was pleasant enough with us it is was more how she was with another guest. Borderline rude when she had asked about the shuttle. Also service was a little lack luster with the breakfast. I get things run out but for EVERYTHING to be out was not a great look. To have guest come and say "it's all gone. There is nothing" was not great. Otherwise I would consider staying there again. The shuttle was so easy to make use of the subway line.

Plenty of room
We love staying here in a junior suite whenever we travel with our adult children. Plenty of room for them to blow up an air mattress with a door between us gives privacy and we all sleep better!
