This hotel was excellent. We arrived close to 1am but had been able to check in online previously. When getting keys from the front desk, they helped us with putting in a breakfast room service order and listing out the amenities of the hotel. We had a great view of the river and we utilized the walkable distance to the L (train) throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again! Very clean and great service.

The staff that we spoke to said they canceled it because they were overbooked and they didn’t have to help us find other accommodations, and that they would be offering no solutions. We were treated very rudely. It was a very busy weekend and we were not able to find another place to stay at the last minute.

All the staff are very courteous and helpful. The location is perfectly located in walking distance to all restaurants and sights. I only wish bar hours started a bit earlier. Otherwise one of the most pleasant stays I've had in a major downtown city.

It was just OK
The hotel room was decent. The bathroom floor was outdated, there was hair on the toilet, sink, and floor. The bed was comfortable and looked clean. One of the lamp shades was broke. The customer service at the front desk was nice.
