No amenities. Has to search for extra water or coffee or towels. Front desk sent you to a floor that did not have what was asked for. No help with an Uber or Lyft or a car service room was clean. A/C was great. No real food or restaurant in the place. Bar closed too early

Not the easiest access to water. Have to go to the 3rd floor lounge which is not open 24 hours a day, otherwise get 2 water bottles when the room is cleaned for the day.

Everything went pretty well! The shower door was unfortunately not able to shut all the way so the bathroom was soaked in water after one shower. I was also surprised there was no microwave! Still a great experience overall.

Normally, when I travel, I’m always concerned about hotels & their cleanliness because I am a huge germaphobe. Luckily I can leave this review with pleasure & much gratitude. I was impressed with my stay. I stayed in room 1115 & it was very clean with no complaints. The front desk was kind enough to store my luggage after check out time since my transportation was later that evening. I would recommend this hotel to family & friends. When I’m in Chicago this would be my choice of a hotel to stay at.
