Very nice, clean property. Went to concert at the United Center and we were able to walk to the short distance to and from there. Our room was amazing, would DEFINITELY recommend and would stay at this location again.

Nice, easy walk to United Center..which was important to us for this trip. The hotel room was surprisingly perfect! The workout room was really nice🙌 We ate at the bar, prices were not bad for food, and the chicken wings and cheeseburger we ordered were really good. Drink prices were unpleasantly high. We did not love the elevator system-while it was nice and unique, it seemed to take forever for an elevator to arrive. Overall, we would definitely stay here again if we go to another event at the United Center.

Always Beautiful
It's always a beautiful experience staying here. The staff is so nice. The rooms are always beautiful. The view is always beautiful. You do have to pay for parking. I would love for them to express that more when you book. Parking in the lot behind the hotel is $30 a night just for anyone's information so you can at least prepare for that little expense but overall the stay is always beautiful. My children and I love it.

Parking was a problem. Apparently they have limited parking passes for guests, so you may have to park 1-3 blocks away, which was scary to navigate at night. Very nice hotel. Breakfast was excellent.
