I recently stayed at Hyatt Lodge Oak Brook, and my experience was fantastic from start to finish. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the rooms were spacious, well-decorated, and offered all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed and high-speed Wi-Fi. One highlight was the staff – they were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. Check-in and check-out were seamless.

Our stay was fine. The property is lovely but the parking is atrocious! We arrived around 10pm, in a torrential rainstorm, and the only parking option was FAR FROM THE ENTRANCE! There was no valet service offered and the door that is close to the lot was locked so by the time we arrived back to the main entrance, we were beyond drenched.

Dated hotel that is LARGE! Expect to walk a LONG way to get to your room. Parking is off site as well. There is a periodic shuttle. Did have to eat breakfast there since it wasn't easy for in /out privileges. Ok and typically high priced for a hotel restaurant.

Spacious beautiful grounds. Average accommodations. Front desk staff not very accommodating; I'm sure it was because of our third party booking. We used the valet because all of the handicapped parking spaces were occupied. The gentleman who attended to us at check-in stated that as long as we had a placard or handicap license plate we would not be charged for valet. Upon check-out, I was told that I was charged for valet. Once I explained the former, the front desk clerk insisted that I provide a description of who told me that the valet would be comped. It was unnecessary. My mother is using a cane and your handicapped parking was blocked by vans etc... Not customer friendly!

I love the stay i really feel like im in a safe space very relaxing the manager came out while i checked in and greeted.humself and ive never had a great experience while checking into a hotel and the views were amazing...would definitely make this hotel a first choice when choosing again.

My room smelled so musty it was disgusting. Possibly 15 years ago this was a smoking room? The rooms are extremely ugly (yellow and dark brown,) and have plastic shower curtains (not a glass enclosure.) the disposable cups in the room are wrapped in plastic. My room felt so dirty and gross after I wore the hotel robe to the pool I realized there was orange stains around the neck. It looked like someone’s makeup or self tanner rubbed off on the collar and it wasn’t clean. The room I stayed in definitely felt like a motel vs a nice hotel. The parking wasn’t an issue for me, but it could be for some. It’s a block away and you have to walk up 2 flights of stairs. The pool and hot tub are big and the glass roof over the pool is why I chose this hotel. After booking my reservation Expedia sent my confirmation for “Chicago hotel.” This is not near the city for those thinking it is.
