This place was close to airport & car rental. The front office staff not kindest. Walked in early because received message my room was ready early as I had requested. About check in and front desk staff told me there is a fee for early checking, was no aware this, much less the $20 fee to park… This not good & wouldn’t stay there again. At time check out, front clerk was too busy and entertained doing whatever he was doing in computer. I requested a copy of the bill because the gal took information did not write it correctly even me telling her was wrong and still wrong at checkout… No thank you no more..

Clean and well appointed. This is my second stay at this hotel. The airport shuttle is great. The first time it was 30 min from leaving the hotel and clearing security. This time it was only 22 min. The one negative is that only 1 elevator was working so sometimes it was quite a wait.

Very nice, quiet, new hotel very close to O’Hare. I didn’t have to wait long for the free shuttle at the airport. Breakfast buffet was nice. There are a few restaurants across the street, but I didn’t try them.
