All the check-in front staff were cranky. Nothing was mentioned about my room type I booked changing, had an issue with our mini fridge and they couldn’t even apologize for the issue that was caused. This area could have been a lot better. All other staff on the hotel were great. Friendly and courteous.

Easy access to and from Star Trek convention. Best housekeeping services I’ve had in years. Cafe/convenient store well stocked and good staff. The breakfast lunch restaurant lacked vegan choices so I didn’t eat there. The bar/restaurant that opened at 4pm had excellent food and service. My advice is to increase the vegan choices. Especially during conventions.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was disappointing in layout it was odd and the bathroom was very small. I would’ve liked a Room on a lower level but that’s on me not on them - I should’ve asked for it. The food options were very limited as expected and very expensive; there were no food options close enough to walk to. I felt kind of trapped with very limited options for food. There is a nice trail right along the Hotel boundary - it was very nice to be able to take a walk out of the city - so to speak. As expected the planes were very noisy and it felt like my room was right over the main flight path - again to be expected with a hotel near the airport.
