Great hotel right in the middle of Chinatown! Staff had great customer service. The rooms are a tad small but they are clean and comfortable! The house keeper even noticed I was using an extra blanket and added one each time she made the bed for me. The hotel doesn’t have their own parking but there is public parking a couple blocks away that offers overnight parking for a decent price. It’s also extremely close to bus and train stops so traveling is easy if you don’t have a car but want to go outside Chinatown. I would stay here again.

They don't know their customers!
No Business Center, or even a computer and printer, and what is WORSE, they charge 15 cents a page to print. How petty!!! Wont be staying here again. The gals at the desk are truly clueless in providing real customer service and hospitality.

Location was everything. Rooms were standard and beds were a bit soft to my liking, but that's personal preference. Vending machines on each floor is nice, but unfortunately it's cash only. No complimentary water or any way of purchasing with a card so I was thirsty all night. I would likely stay here again if I were back in the area.

There was no validated parking. For this upscale hotel, there should have been free parking. And no breakfast was served. Even the Sheraton hotel serves breakfast buffet, a 5 star hotel. And the vending machines only take cash. Simply, overpriced at 200 a night. Room was small and not many amenities. I would not stay here again for that price.

Very convenient location. In Chinatown. One mile from McCormick place. Functional budget hotel. Starbucks next to ot. Walgreens Pharmacy walking distance. Great Asian restaurants nearby. Right close to the Ell. Disadvantage? No parking. Public parking 1 or 2 blocks away. That was $16/day. So you have to walk to the hotel. Or drop your luggage off abs go park. Very efficient and friendly staff at the reception. Functional hotel,not luxurious. Value for money in an expensive area.

Easy check in and check out. Clean rooms and great location. Bus is a one minute walk and the subway is less than 5 minutes away. The only downside is no parking on-site. We parked in a garage 15 minutes down the road by Wintrust arena. The only negative was we came home at 3:30 in the afternoon and our room was being cleaned. We were asked to come.back in 15 minutes. It seems like that should have been done much earlier in the day. We will definitely stay here agin on our next trip to Chicago.
