All was good though thé air conditioning is nous and in the immediate surroundings of the hotel it smells very badly due to a spot with homeless and people in drug. The personnel is not very kind. Nonetheless the position is crucial. Costs are added here and there ‘for amenities’ and caution

The location was perfect. Restaurants, stores, metro, and riverwalk were steps away. Free nightly drinks and breakfast made the resort fee worth it

Great hotel and location
My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. The room itself was spacious as was the bathroom and the bed was comfortable. It’s a great location, close to the river and numerous restaurants and within walking distance to parks. The restaurant even has a happy hour with free wine! I definitely would stay again

When we checked in we asked for a quiet room on top floor. The checkin clerk put us in a room that she said was quiet overlooking an alley. It was not quiet; room faced an area that had live bands who played until 2:00 and 1:30 on that weekend. Other than that, it was a nice hotel.

Overall pretty good. Happy hour is a nice extra. Billing was s little complicated and raised some questions (for others as well). The final figure didn’t exactly match my reservation price here, but pretty close.

Perfection
This was the most perfect stay we have ever had over the past 10 year period in Chicago. The room was very spacious, comfortable, clean, and decorated beautifully with a map of Chicago as wallpaper in the room! The free breakfast was great too with a variety of options. Good breakfast space. Also, available, is a table of basic food and drink items right as you get off the elevator on the sixth floor in case you are doing a quick grab and go. Area is also a wonderful Way to walk around and feel how vibrant the city is. So glad I found this place!

Loved our stay for a weekend bachelorette trip. The location is very walkable to Rivernorth bars and restaurants. The free continental breakfast is smaller but perfect for a quick bite in the morning. Our room overlooked JoJo’s shakes courtyard which was a fun view. It did get pretty noisy overnight with the live music across the street, but not a huge issue if you’re there for the nightlife. Staff was kind enough to provide us with free water and extra towels when we asked. Overall a great experience!
