Visit Chicago often, first time staying at L7. Great location, outstanding restaurant Perillas. Rooms are new and well thought out, excellent mattress and bedsheets. Unusually good room temperature control. Friendly attentive staff.

A perfect late anniversary weekend

It was so amazing. My boyfriend loves the view and the window seats. They had surprise us with sparkling wine & chocolates for our late anniversary. The doorman gave perfect customer service & he was fun to talk to. The staff was perfect customer service as well

The location of the hotel is perfect — I felt safe walking to nearby stores, and it's conveniently close to Millennium Park and Millennium Station. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. My only concern is that there are no vending machines or microwaves available if you want a quick snack. Also, the lighting throughout the building is a bit too dim for my preference."

Though the area around the property, mainly the bar across the street wasn’t the cleanest with high traffic volume. My stay was made phenomenal but one worker in particular, his name was Devin and he worked the front desk. Accommodated me in every way to make sure my wife’s birthday and hotel stay were phenomenal.

Chicago at Christmas - Family Escape

Great stay and perfect location to explore downtown. Service was good and room was spacious. Loved the coffee machine downstairs. Would stay again. Very convenient to uber from. Valet was excellent but expensive. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance.
