I ask the lady that cleans the room for another set of towels, since we where staying 2 nights and not to clean the room, she says yes but never give us or leave the towels in the room, when I call for the towels 12 hrs later, I was put on hold for around 30 minutes (yes I did wait) and this reminds me to also say that the lady in the reception was by herself in a night that a venue next to this location have a concert, so of course the hotel was full, not enough personal, so the administration of this location should at least schedule 2 people for nights that the venue has concerts. In another note whoever designed the showers of this location didn’t do a good job, when you take a shower the water runs out of the bathroom, and last but not least one of the towels that we get, the first night (because after ask twice for towels we never got a second set) has a piece of lashes stick into it. And because of this I give my rating.

Customer service was on point here. Requested an item late night at desk. Front desk clerk didn’t have it but went around the hotel looking for one, and asking other guests. Kind of blown away at that level of care. Definitely will stay here again when In Chicago.

They overbooked the airport shuttle, the availabilty of which was the reason for the booking, which was the only reason we booked. The driver was unbearably rude and had obviously allowed people on who had not booked. The hotel staff did not really care.

Although room was “clean” when we checked in, there were certain details that were not properly cleaned, especially the bathroom. Noise comes out too easily from the hallway, even normal conversations could be heard from the other side of the doors.
