Our 2nd stay at this hotel (this time with our dogs) and continued to love the experience and neighborhood. Friendly staff, good food, nice gym, very comfortable and spacious rooms, and perfect spot for walking and dining in the West Loop. Highly recommend.

We stayed in a Zen Suite and thought the room was fantastic. Plenty of room. Great bathroom. And the staff was anmazing! Only issue was the lack of lighting in the room. Very difficult to see once evening came.

Loved the room and the staff weee very friendly. The worst part was the loud club music. It went in till 3am on Saturday evening. Not sure if it was from their restaurant(because we ate there earlier and the music was loud as heck) or if it was the bar down the block because they had loud music blaring outside Sunday evening too. Overall pretty great stay
