Very nice hotel with a beautiful view of the city and the river which was a plus. Everything was clean, up-to-date and the staff were friendly. All of the restaurants, stores and bars were within walking distance, including Millennium Park. Parking was located across the street at another location, but it was within a good walking distance of the hotel. Definitely staying here the next time I spend a weekend in Chicago.

Perfect location to explore downtown Chicago. We were able to check bags early and at the end of our stay so that we did not lose any time having to drag bags around. It had easy access to Millennium Station and to the Blue line metro to O’Hare. The view from the windows was breathtaking. Comfortable bed, quiet, and perfect room temp. Friendly staff who were responsive and helped with our special requests (such as having one person pay for multiple rooms).

The stay was good but the need to have room service clean the rooms properly. My bathroom had some stain from the previous occupants. They also need to atleast have some air fresheners to help with the smell of the rooms. Also the server at the Hoyts Restaurant downstairs was rude with his services

We were put in the second to the highest floor and had an amazing view of the river and buildings. I hated having to see TRUMP any time I looked out the window!! The door men and valet guys were fun and friendly. Juan at Hoyt's was great as was the blonde server in the evening with the stick figure tattoos on her fingers! I loved that we could have our dogs there. The pet information needs to be updated on the website since the pet beds, bowls, and letters were not in tve room as the info seemed to suggest. Nevertheless, the hotel waa great. Beds wonderful. My only complaint is that there was not free coffee in the lobby.
