Entire hotel is above a loud night club.

This Hotel is above a nightclub that plays insanely loud music til 2am. I never received the disclaimer that an employee explained is normally included with the booking since I booked third party. When I first called to complain I was told that they would handle the noise since it’s in violation of the hotel rules. When they realized it was from the club downstairs they told me that they would give me ear plugs. I asked for a refund to stay elsewhere because my room sounded like a literal night club. They refused and moved me to another room that also sounded like a night club. I didn’t sleep, and I don’t know how anyone could. The music made it all the way up to my room on the fourth floor.

I have started staying here every time I travel for work. I like the apart-hotel set up because it feels homey and has more space for me to spread out. It is always clean and comfortable, and there's a lot of good food in the neighborhood.

Loved this property. Beautiful corner view of the city from 5th floor. Walkable to good food and United Center. We parked at a respiratory therapy business only about a block away which was great. I wouldn’t try street parking. It seemed full all hours of the day. This is not a complaint, just a note, it is in the middle of a huge city, it is loud for country folk like ourselves. I don’t think that can be remedied if you want to be close to action of the cory it’s just part of it. Would gladly stay again if we end up traveling to the area.

Easy to find.Had to drive around a little to find parking, but it worked out fine. Easy access with a code or using the Sonder app.Comfortable bed. Very clean room. We did not have any issues with the night club downstairs, but our room was on the 5th floor. The train goes by right next door, but it was kind of a soothing sound. I would definitely stay here again.

The unit is directly above a nightclub. I don’t mind ambient noise but not to the point that it shakes glassware in the unit. Only offered a “sorry Expedia didn’t mention” when shared w/Sonder app chat. It must be stressed that check in needs to happen before arrival. Standing outside in Chicago winter attempting to register for a door entry code after getting dropped off isn’t fun. Street parking in front of building is free but not so free when your car gets its windows busted out while parked there on the last night of your stay. Inconvenienced and exhausted.

The fridge did not work . It was literally hotter inside the fridge,then the kitchen. I did just go to whole foods so I ended up putting everything outside through the night. Other then that it was an amazing place.

Excellent cleanliness, exactly as seen in photos, the amenities were great. Parking was not at all an issue, and neither was any sort of noise as other comments mentioned. We slept in pin drop silence

Its nit unique. The old and dirty because lots of shady ppl come in and out. Its a old loft with white wall got black dirt all over it. The ceiling have been patched many times. The lobby smelled cigarettes. Gross.
