The staff asked me to come downstairs to check in again because of a problem with their card system at 2:30am and it was not a great experience. The room was spacious though and had a kitchenette. It was also clean and in a good area to walk.

We took a family weekend trip to Chicago with our three young kids. Our suite was clean, spacious, and quiet. The hotel is in a great location to walk to shopping or hop on a bus. We left our car with the valet for the entire weekend.

Booked a room for 5 adults it had one queen one king and pull out. King bed was made with flat sheet only. Pull out had no sheet blanket or pillows, half roll of toilet paper and 3 towels. Stove was not clean from prior guest food was still on it when we arrived. Vents in rooms very dirty. Large dumpster right outside building overflowing with trash. Breakfast could have been better offer different items.

Appalling Check In Policy
When I made the booking, there was no reference to producing an ID card at my arrival. As the US is not a police state yet, I do not carry my ID everywhere I go. The two receptionists were going to not allow me entry, even though the room had been paid, for without a refund. Fortunately, I did have a photograph of my green card on my phone.

A great suite with a kitchenette and breakfast included. The hotel is undergoing a refresh, but I didn't experience any noise or disruption. The studio suite I had on the 15th floor was renovated. The bed was comfortable. Location was great for walking the magnificent Mile. Also easy access to public transit for areas a bit farther away. I would stay here again.

The stay was not horrible, but the hotel staff could have been a bit more informative. They were not sure where a lot of places were located and while, they were friendly, I feel like they could have done more to make our stay more enjoyable.
