I was at Sonesta for almost a month. The day staff is excellent. They knew me by name even though I rarely went in more than once a week. They were very attentive to my needs. At 1 point my blow-dryer broke and within a half an hour someone knocked on the door and gave me a new one. My microwave started smelling like it was burning and as soon as the maintenance person came in, he replaced it. Everything was clean. Breakfast was good. It is a residential hotel so everything you need in the kitchen is there including a dishwasher. I was there over Thanksgiving and although there is not an oven I found recipe for Turkey breast on the stove. Absolutely everything I needed.

The staff was very nice and very helpful. Went to watch my daughter graduated from the Navy. The staff set up a TV for people that could not go in person to watch. I would highly recommend this place to other families.

Our family had a lot of trash from cooking and eating. I wish there were closer places to discard our trash. Overall, our suite was good for our family and offered the right amount of privacy. It was a safe, quiet area.

This property is okay for the price that you pay but the front desk staff is unprofessional and unorganized. My reservation was for 3 nights but i was charged for 4, when i questioned at check out they said we have already been charged for it but my expedia reservation said it was only a 3 night stay. Also we check out at 9am well before the 11am checkout time and the front desk kept calling claiming we left all our stuff in the room but we were already on our flight back him WITH the stuff they supposedly had. They called about 7 times while we were in the air. I tried to called back as we landed and got no answer. Wouldn’t stay again
