Room was very clean and spacious.. a small fee for parking ($10 bucks) thats not to bad compared to other hotels in the area. No breakfast.. Two doors down is a gas station convenient store, dunkin, and a subway. Free airport shuttle.. we had a rental and traveled downtown at least twice during our stay. The traffic is horrible!! I wouldnt recommend this hotel if u need to travel back and forth downtown.. if you plan to stay in the area, this hotel is perfect! I would recommend and stay here again..

If they reply back in the response. I checked out early today and ask for a print out but the staff say Expedia will send me back a confirmation. From what my experiences using Expedia. That never happen. So if Expedia can follow up on that. That be wonderful.

Uneven stay but great customer service
The hotel staff were excellent and the location/service was outstanding. That said, I found the room to be in less-than-excellent shape. Both the shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower were empty, which I only discovered while trying to take a shower. There was food left in the refrigerator from a former guest, the floor lamp's plug was completely bent (which required a maintenance person to come fix), and the desk chair was built for someone smaller than me and was painfully uncomfortable. The recliner also did not want to stay closed. The air conditioner was incredibly loud. And the two glasses in the kitchenette were so tiny, the people on my Zoom call thought I was taking shots. That said, the airport shuttle was 24-hours on demand, and from the time I requested it until they showed up (at 6:00 am) was about 3 minutes -- impressive. The shuttle driver was incredibly kind and helpful. This was an uneven stay, but I'm not completely unhappy with it.
