This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The location was perfect, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The room was clean, comfortable, and had amazing city views. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the stay even better. Great amenities, especially the bar! I’d definitely stay here again.

Great Hotel
The staff was welcoming and answered all questions. The room was amazing with a beautiful view, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped and modeled very nice. Everything was clean and the room was perfectly presented.

The hotel was really nice and staff were super helpful. There was one bartender, a much older man who worked afternoon-evening on Thursday, that was extremely kind and nice.

Overall, this is an excellent hotel and I would have given it a 5-star review. However, Swissotel erroneously charged my credit card for parking a car at the hotel, which I did not do (I used public transportation and Lyft while I was in town). I have spoken with the Swissotel accounting department multiple times over the past week and they have yet to reverse the charges. One star only...for incompetence and attempted swindle.
