Good location for the things I wanted to see. Either walking distance or Red line L ride away except for the Science and Industry Museum. Room was spacious though could have used more shelf space in the bathroom.

A hotel with a great location and with good prices, the hotel is not new, and you can feel that in the rooms, but we appreciate that they were big and we had a little fridge and a microwave, it is walking distance from so many beautiful spaces in Chicago and very near public transportation, so that is a plus. We found great restaurants also within walking distance, we had a good time and the staff was always friendly.

The property is very old and in desperate need of updates. Although clean, I have never stayed in a hotel this run down before—exposed wires, plywood holding an air conditioner in the window, hallways looked kind of like a bus terminal, street noise sounded like it was in the room with us on the 7th floor.

Had a good stay here. The rooms look very old and the bed doesn’t have a comforter just blankets. The tub is very rounded on the bottom I slipped and almost hit my head on the sink because it goings into the shower a little. The curtains are a little short so the light comes on at night. But the place was very convenient it’s very easy to get around the city from it. Also the staff was amazing.

I booked a (2) night stay. The second day of my meeting was cancelled due to widespread illness amongst the group. I requested an early check out and credit for one night’s stay. The property rejected this request. Just terrible customer service.
