Spotless property. Wonderful rooms. Although someone gained access to my room while I was in it disrobed, that was my only issue. I would give this hotel another try. Expensive but one of the few in Chicago that’s worth it.

Excellent. Great rooms, fantastic building. Only issue was amount of butter on everything. No idea why I had to scrape piles of butter off my steak, also breakfast took over 30 mins to come. Otherwise excellent.

Our experience here was fantastic. Beautiful property - only bad thing is we wanted to go out on the patio at the restaurant but the door was locked and nobody would come to unlock it. We would still come back.

Honestly the set up for the bathroom in the suite and the quality of the rooms is very poor for what you pay. Definitely did not feel like a 5 star hotel. Got my hand cut from a bathroom trim piece that kept falling off , and I got locked in the bathroom because the trim piece fell and got stuck preventing me from opening the sliding door

Absolutely amazing property! We really loved the location as well. the ONLY knock I'd give it is that I went down to get a Bell Cart for luggage, and I'm fairly certain the gal sent him to the wrong room, so we had to haul our stuff down. Otherwise, amazing place!
