The A/C didn’t work and they found out the machine needed to be replaced. They changed it around 11pm which we had a busy day and felt very tired when the maintenance came over. And also the shower needed to wait for a long time for hot water.

A very cool old hotel which was well renovated. Room was great, gorgeous views. The 15th floor lobby is ENORMOUS and offers lots of meeting space and places to hang out. Lots of families and children, if you’re looking for something a bit quieter.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The property is modern and new, our room was simply stunning. Every detail exceeded our expectations, making our experience truly perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ensuring we felt welcomed and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend the hotel.

This hotel was fantastic. Great location, and the views of the skyline from the room were incredible, everything was very walkable. I marked down the staff as 3* due to the blonde girl behind the bar on the 15th floor. I ordered 2 beers to take to my room and tipped hansomely for 2 beers. The day after i did the same again and she told me i never paid for the 2 the day before as i never left a receipt to charge it to the room. I obviously challenged this. She said the only way around it is for her to give me 2 beers but charge for 4 (2 from the day before) i said when i check out i will check the bill then return for a refund once i prove i have been double charged. Anyway i checked out and i did pay for the 2 beers the day before and when i confronted her she denied all knowledge. I know it is only 2 beers but they weren’t cheap for a start and it really annoyed me as i felt like i was being accused of being dishonest. Not once but twice. I wasn’t going to stand there and argue over 2 beers but it was disappointing after the rest of my stay was so good.
