The hotel and restaurant were amazing. Very peacefull surrounded by lots of trees and flowers. The food (maya cuisine) was amazing and the service very helpful und friendly. This stay was awesome

Schöne Anlage, leider mit Defiziten! Unser Zimmer mit Terasse in schöner Dschungel-/Gartenanlage war zwar etwas spartanisch, aber nett dekoriert und sauber. Wir hatten nur eine Übernachtung gebucht, an diesem Tag funktionierte das Internet gar nicht, ansonsten ohnehin nur in der Rezeption und am Pool und nicht im Zimmer. Es gab auch kein warmes Wasser, Beschwerde am nächsten Tag wurde mit Achselzucken zur Kenntnis genommen. Dafür wurde eine von den 2 Wasserflaschen im Zimmer abkassiert. Das Restaurant ist völlig überteuert. Das Frühstück (Extrakosten) war ebenfalls ausgesprochen karg. Der eigene Zugang vom Hotel zur Ausgrabung Chichen Itza, für uns der Hauptgrund dieses Hotel zu buchen, existiert nicht mehr - angeblich wegen Corona. Man muss also um die ganze Ausgrabungsstätte herum zum Haupteingang fahren, für Gäste ohne eigenes Auto kaum zu realisieren. Dort kann man sich den Besuchermassen anschließen. Wir würden dieses Hotel ganz sicher nicht nochmal wählen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist völlig unangemessen.
