I came in from Texas for a race weekend in Chico, decided to stay over here in paradise because they had MUCH better rates than anything decent in Chico. I’m glad i chose to make the short drive and stay here cause the hotel was great. Clean quiet area, I felt completely safe and comfortable the entire time. The area is tidy, clean pool area, the rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. I appreciate the variety in pillows as well! There isn’t a huge selection of restaurants or stuff like that around it but the area suffered devastating fires and town lost so much .. but it’s still a beautiful place. The Staff was pleasant at check in, the ladies doing breakfast in the morning were friendly, overall I am very pleased with the money spent here and will stay here again next time I’m coming to Chico I’ll be staying in Paradise.

The only thing that I disliked about our room was as soon as we entered it smelled like skunk. After turning on the air conditioner, and spraying air freshener it dissipated.

The staff was always friendly and ready to help. The place was really clean! There is an automatic door in the front. The elevator is a bit slow, but it'll get there! A few small items that stood out was the little night light in the bathroom,and the power plugs and USB near the beds. Our room had a microwave,I just didn't see it because it was pushed back. Overall great stay and would definitely stay again.
