Hurricane Milton
We are so grateful for the staff at this hotel. We had to evacuate our home because of hurricane Milton. We had our daughter and her 4 month old baby with us. I called the hotel when we arrived in Cheifland. I asked if there is anyway we can check in early because of the baby and the hurricane. They went above and beyond anything they had to do and got us a room early. I am so grateful for them. They gave us a safe and clean place to stay. Anything we needed they helped us out with. They are the best staff any hotel could have. We truly appreciate each and everyone there.

It was horrible we were there for 1 hour and left due to how disgusting the room was and both beds were broken no trash bags the room had a horrible smell. They refused to give us a refund even though the lady at front desk said we could have one
