We did not stay the second night. Basic things had not been done to the room. Lights not working. Spider webs on lampshades from the ceiling. Area around sprinkler had no finish it was just ragged edges of ceiling to which you could see into the ceiling. The corners had dirt in them. The carpet in the hall was very worn with dirt. The door to the hall had a 1/8 in gap you could see through. the tub squeaked terrible we felt sorry for the people below. Was not greeted by anyone standing at the desk walking in. I had to say I am here to check in. It should be hospitality 101. followed by if you need anything during your 2 day stay please don't hesitate to ask. I have never stayed in a Holiday Inn express that was so lacking in overall appearance. It is very dated.

Unsanitary conditions for this hotel. Renovation is overdue and needs new carpet. Bed is NOT comfortable. Power kept on tripping in room when using microwave to warm a meal. I was suprised this was even a holiday inn express because this is the worst holiday inn I have stayed in.

OMG! Gross
The room was a humid, musty, moldy mess. When we first got there and walked in, a huge blast of air freshener hit us. Then after about 15 minutes you could smell the musty odor and feel the humidity in the room. The health dept needs to inspect this place. The carpet on the floor even had a weird feel to it. Electric outlets dont work either. DONT STAY HERE!!!

Housekeeping is great!
We went to ohio to visit Hocking Hills state park. The hotel was convenient with only about a 40 minute drive to the different locations of the park. Check in was smooth and the receptionist was friendly. We stayed from Friday-Sunday. Housekeeping was sweet and helpful. We always ask for extra towels and washclothes and they were prompt with service. The room was clean and tidy. The beds comfortable and there was enough space for my large family. Would definitely recommend and will visit again if given the opportunity!
