The Community’s Natural Kayak Launch is right next door to Shackeau East, so be sure to bring your kayaks! Don’t have kayaks? No worries - we can help you arrange for kayak rental and have them delivered right to your door! You couldn’t ask for a better place to relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect with those who matter most.

The Chef in your family will love the well-stocked Kitchen with all you need to make mealtime a bay breeze. Dine in the comfort of the Central AC, or Al Fresco on the huge Waterfront Screened Porch taking in Views from every direction. It’s the perfect place to enjoy some fresh Local Crabs - or maybe some of our famous Oysters (or Arsters as you may hear us Locals say!). There is nothing like dining by the water’s edge - just imagine watching Assateague Light’s mesmerizing beam in the night sky.
