A very comfortable and convenient location. Particularly liked the lounge and easy to relax. There's a lift which is useful and my room was a decent size, bed comfortable and gardens to spill into - garden could do with a bit more and some carpets are a bit tired but that will no doubt be upgraded in time. Easy to order coffee etc whatever time and delicious local biscuits in room. Staff are lovely. Location is good. Recommended
We had a nice stay at Three Ways House and the staff were very helpful and cheerful especially in the bar. The food was excellent but the service was slightly disappointing in the restaurant on the first night in that service was very slow and they only had to produce soup and bread for us that night.
They did a much better job at breakfast and in the bar the following night.
The hotel has very nice staff but the furnishings are quite tired with stains on the dining room seating, on our divan base and on the carpet. This is a pity as the hotel is very well located and their staff very hard working and helpful.
Really enjoyed my stay at the Three Ways house hotel. The garden is beautiful - sitting there in the evening was so relaxing.. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Particular thanks to Vickey who was so wecoming.
Our visit to Three Ways Hotel over the Cotswold , was for us, a quick choice for that Day. My and Wife are totally happy in all sections, The Desk, Our high up 10/10 Room, Our evening meal with absolute super service, and help with Breakfast in the Morning.
We have no other thoughts, other than The Three Ways if we are again in the Chipping Camden area

Pros - Lovely hotel. Absolutely fantastic staff! Beds are great, comfortable and clean white linen.
Cons - Our bathroom could do with an update and cleaning of room not so great. Found a huge lump of long dark hair on the carpet and room mugs not cleaned thoroughly.
Overall though we were happy with the hotel and would return again if the occasion arose.
We had a great stay then hotel was comfortable and had loads of comfortable areas with Good seating. As get older you comfortable seating the hotel didn’t let us down. all in all a great stay and we recommend it.
wonderful rooms all located near attractions and importantly they have a parking lot!

A LOTVTO LEARN ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Reception interaction was very poor. Thestaff member at the desk seemed confused and didnt seem to know where to find booking details. She then failed to give us any clear directions on how to get to our upstairs room. We later found that instead of lugging our cases up a very narrow staircase therexwas in fact a lift! She mumbled about being new and she clearly hadnt been given any proper traing for the role.
