They lied about parking, i had to pay parking for rent a car, 300 Lei a day! Rip offs. Also front desk, non english speaking, amazing, could not believe it. Late at night you Are able to walk in past them enter the elevator and no question asked, “0” security! Just shocked, their beds if you chose double bed, its not even connected, in the middle of the night if you sleep rough beds separate and u can fall Anytime, ridiculous. No information on the mini bar before usage, before u leave the rip U off again. Just 0

Close to shopping, dining, and historic downtown Chișinău. Located on the Str. Eugen Doga pedestrian mall. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, even by Moldovan standards.

Located centrally. Not all staff was helpful. I asked for an extra blanket, and one could not be provided. That doesn’t seem like a significant request. Was disappointed that such an easy ask was not met.

A beautiful hotel right in the centre of the city but on a quiet, pedestrianised street. The staff were very helpful and found us a room straight away even though we checked in at 09.30, superb service! Good choice of food at the breakfast buffet (especially the fresh fruit), there was also a restaurant but we did not try this. Plenty of restaurants and cafes all around serving traditional food (would recommend La Placinte). Beautiful parks a few minutes walk from the hotel. Unfortunately no tea/coffee in the room however an excellent coffee shop right opposite plus another in the park.

Down sides: Cracked shower cabin floor which was superglued, shower head covered in limescale and kitchen sink metal strainer in the bathroom sink drainage hole. There was no plug. Hotel staff were helping themselves to breakfast the same time as the guests. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, no iron. Staff were not welcoming. Up sides: clean, good location, air conditioning in room. Will not stay here again and do not recommend at that price, we stayed in the executive room. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Although the rooms lacked some features American travelers might expect (e.g. coffee maker), the staff is very helpful and friendly. I plan to stay there again next time I am in Chișinău.

Good location, but the room was too cold and no heating when we arrived and no toothbrush when we asked, even the safe box is too small even to fit anything, The room was setup for one person even I booked for 2 people, when tried to share the feedback they were not interested, we received only one toothbrush the following morning

Excellent location and value for money
Excellent location and value for money, comfortable bed and spacious room. Noisy in the evening from people playing music on the street but quiet during the night since it’s a pedestrian street. Breakfast is ok but you can probably find better options at the cafes nearby.
