Beautiful 30m2 tiny home!

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place, only a 5 minute drive to the city, and a 10 minute drive to the beach! Situated near a park and the beautiful Heathcote river, this is a modern and warm container home. Your own home away from home, it offers a comfortable space, with everything provided. Private and secure, a separate entrance, and 24 hr lockbox for late/self check in. FREE WIFI and Netflix, and near the bus stop. Our home is warm, modern, quiet, private and spacious for a tiny home. A newly built unit, it's close to the city, an easy drive to the beach and access to other areas of Christchurch. Walk to transport and shopping essentials. There is a separate private entrance and 24 hr lockbox for early/late/self check in and out. Comfortable bed with quality linen and towels provided. There is also a sofa couch that I can provide bedding for if needed, just let me know in advance. Modern bathroom and toiletries provided. A well equipped kitchenette, microwave, mini toaster oven, small fridge, crochery, glassware and utensils and espresso coffee machine. Free WIFI and Netflix. Off street parking, with room for a campervan / motorhome. Set back from the road, and separate to our home. Ample off street and on street parking available. Can leave car by arrangement if travelling. We like to give our guests the space to enjoy their holiday, so we'll minimize any in-person contact or check-ins. However, we're always available if you have any questions or need anything during your stay.

Every thing was great except the height of the bedroom & bathroom door ways. A beautiful presentation from bathroom to the bedroom (the full length of the tiny house)

As we are both in our mid 70's we shuddered when we saw the bed on a block of wood on the floor. We had a dreadful job getting in & out which did not do our backs any good. Maybe a visit to the osteopath this coming week. The bed configuration should have been advertised. Trying to have a bit of lie in but dogs barking next door put a stop to that. Couch in lounge very uncomfortable, felt like your bum was on the floor. Did not use shower last morning as it took too long to get adjusted. No internet for one whole day, but finally got fixed about 8pm at evening. On the whole some one is fleecing the travelling public. Will always in future use motels. Never stay here again, which is a shame as we choose this as it was handy to where family live.
