I liked the laminate floor. I was disappointed that my accrssible room did not have a shower chair. My partner is disabled and couldn't take a shower. This was the first night in Rm 216 on Nov. 19th. On our return we stayed in Rm 105 that had a shower chair. That was fine. I was surprised Tru did not have shower chairs for the accessible rooms without chairs.

Lovely college visit
Stayed with friends for a college visit with our kids. Lounge had a fun vibe, breakfast was decent (automatic pancake maker - yes please!), staff was friendly and available. Will stay again.

tru brand has not maintained standards
i understand that helene caused much disruption but advance notice that the property was under a boil water advisory would have been appreciated additionally, the front desk staff did not have clear information on what was available for dining considering the water issue. the shower stall in the room was had orange soap scum / mildew and the hand soap diaper set was empty. there was also some banging noise throughout the night. it was not up to expectations.

Great stay
It was just what we needed as a stop when it was raining terribly as we were traveling home. This hotel was cozy and comfortable it had many options to choose from for snacks and drinks as well as a poll table in the lobby.
