There was red stains in the carpet , the beds were not really comfortable they made a lot of noise

Many transients at front of property. Area feels unsafe. We were scared our car would be broken into. Room furniture is broken and dirty. House keeping started to play music loudly at 9am while cleaning surrounding rooms. Check out isn’t until 11am we were trying to sleep in. Pool and jacuzzi were out of order. Not to mention the domestic violence abuse happening between a couple on property. Fight started upstairs and continued in the parking lot.
